How amazing they appear with their multi-colours!

Your thought-provoking beauty

Attracts hundreds of pilgrims in faith;

Who take refuge in you for a while

Seeking for solace and new meaning in their lives!

Innocent birds, rabbits, deer, and other wild animals;

All are part of your extended generous family!

Unceasingly they sing praises to their Creator

And they are unfathomable to the human intelligence!

Hearts laden with sorrows and fears

Give way to peace and tranquility

As they pass by the dazzling little pond;

The broad-smiling pristine lotus and the fish

Lovingly touch the fringes of their hearts to lift them up to God!

I heard praises upon praises

And wondered if they were true!

Had I not come to you, I wouldn’t witness them myself;

Absolutely, they were not wrong!
